Zooming inside the art material, the molecular structure of the two main constituents are arranged with the same logic than the basic materials (Fig 1). For example, molecules of acrylic acid cover a cotton fibre as acrylic colour covers a canvas. Then, zooming out of the art material (Fig 2), the raw materials are used to display the material origin: acryl pigments cover cotton flowers. Regardless of the lens used, you will still see the same: acrylic on cotton, literally. The same logic is applied to the other materials.
